Beachbody has many fitness programs besides P90X and Insanity.  They all work.  Some of them focus strictly on weight loss while others focus on your abs/core.  There are some programs that are better for beginners like “Slim in 6“,  while others are better for folks that are more advanced, like “Insanity“, in their fitness journey.   There are programs for all types of people.
