P90X3 Is Here!


You heard it right here, P90X3, the successor to P90, P90X and P90X2 is available NOW!  Get ready to get in the most amazing shape of your life in only 30 minutes a day.  Yes, you heard it, this workout is only 30 minutes a day.

  • It’s short! The workout begins with a 2 minute warm-up then it’s work for 28 minutes – kind of like Focus T25.
  • If you want a longer warmup there will be an additional warm-up disk called “Cold Start”.
  • P90X3 is not a graduate program for P90X and P90X2.  You can jump right into doing P90X as your first program.
  • The nutrition plan goes back to the basic nutrition of Power 90 so no confusion.  Simple stuff here.
  • The P90X3 Base System includes 16 workouts, more info to come on the specifics. Just keep tabs right here.
  • The Deluxe package includes 4 extra workout routines totaling 20 workouts.  Again, more info to come.
  • P90X3 includes a Pilates, MMX (mixed martial arts), CVX (cardiovascular extreme), Agility X, and a new Yoga workout
  • P90X3 includes an Isometrics workout- a strength, balance and flexibility workout including static holds
  • There are a minimum of 4 schedules you can choose to follow in P90X3- classic, lean, doubles, and bulk.
  • You will need weights or resistance bands and/or a pull-up bar for P90X3 just like you did in P90X and X2.
  • Each move in X3 has a Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced level so again, it’s for anyone!
