W e are here to assist you on your mission to a new you. We realize that some of you reading this may want to lose weight; some of you may need help with maintaining your weight, while others of you may just need a swift kick in the butt to stay motivated through your journey.
We are here for YOU! Whether you want to chat with us via email, text, Facebook or phone we would love to help you along your journey to health and fitness. Michelle and Jo-Anne are both active individuals who are now committed to a healthy lifestyle. Whether it comes to eating well or working out regularly we know how to do it right. I have shown that I know how to lose weight the natural way and Michelle has shown that exercise throughout life creates a fit and healthy body. Check out Jo-Anne’s before pics on the right, as you can see, we can definitely help you on your journey!
We are both Certified INSANITY Instructors that have both completed INSANITY, P90X, 10 Minute Trainer, TurboFire and P90X2, Les Mills PUMP, Body Beast, Insanity: The Asylum and Les Mills Combat. We can offer knowledge about all of these programs. We are currently doing Focus T25, Shaun T’s newest program so if you have questions about that feel free to ask.
We are here to offer free fitness coaching for you, no gimmicks. We would love to be a coach to you for free but would ask you to do a few small things to get things started:

Step 1: Team Beachbody
If you DON’T already have a Team Beachbody account just CLICK HERE and complete the information to create a FREE Team Beachbody Account. While you are there, you can check out the information on the VIP Club Membership, but please note that you do not need to sign up for that fee based membership to work with us. Just create a Free Team Beachbody Account unless you decide you want to upgrade and have access to those additional resources like customized meal plans and 10% discounts. It is totally your option, no pressure. Remember, whether your coach shows Jo-Anne or Michelle it doesn’t matter, we both work with you.
If you DO have a Team Beachbody account, but are NOT already working actively with a Team Beachbody Coach, then follow the steps below to contact Coach Relations:
With the same email you use to sign into your Team Beachbody Account, Copy/Paste information below in an email to firstname.lastname@example.org . Replace the appropriate missing fields with your personal information.
Attach (CC) to my email address (email@example.com) on the email as well so I receive a copy. Sometimes I need to follow up with Coach Relations on the switch and having the email really helps.
Here is the Script to Use in Your Email (do not worry that it says Michelle or Jo-Anne in the email below, you will work with both of us, that is just a technicality):
Copy and Paste this script into your email (using your gmail, yahoo, AOL, hotmail, etc account):
My name is _insert your name here_ , my Beachbody email is _insert your email here_ . I would like to transfer my coach to have Jo-Anne Brandes, Coach ID# 96813, OVERACTIVELIFE, at JOBRANDES@OVERACTIVELIFE.COM as my NEW coach. Please make the switch as soon as possible. I request that you notify myself and Jo-Anne Brandes when the transfer has successfully processed. Thank you!

They will make the switch. This will enable you to work with either one of us as we both work together. Again, it doesn’t matter if the coach listed is Jo-Anne or Michelle, we work together.
Step 2: Facebook (optional)
Be our friend on Facebook if you would like so you can keep up with things I have to say and I can keep up with your daily happenings. Also, it makes it easy for us to keep in contact with each other. If we haven’t been chatting via email, please send me a Friend Request let me know it is through OverActive Life so I know to contact you regarding coaching.
Here is the best part, we have a closed Facebook group called “Live an OverActive Life” that I will add you to once we are friends. All members of my team are welcome to be a member of the group so we can all ask questions, talk about working out, nutrition or anything on our minds. The group is very active, the people in the group are friendly, motivational, funny, and just in general a great group of people. It is the best part of our team. The group has over 400 folks in it, it is WAY too much fun!
